What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan gives you access to all public tools including unit converters, weather, world clock, and basic meal plan viewing. You also get a single shopping list with up to 20 items. No credit card required, and it stays free forever.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
When you sign up for Peachy Pro, you get full access to every Pro feature for 7 days completely free. No charge until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial period and you won't be billed a single cent.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, absolutely. You can cancel your Peachy Pro subscription at any time from your Account Settings. Your Pro features will remain active until the end of your current billing period, then your account will revert to the Free plan with no further charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also support Google Pay and Apple Pay through our secure payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and PCI compliant.
Is regional or local pricing available?
All prices are currently listed in USD. While we don't offer region-specific pricing at this time, we're actively exploring options to make Peachy Pro more accessible worldwide. Stay tuned for updates.
How do I add additional team members?
Peachy Pro includes one user by default. You can add team members from your Account Settings page. Each additional member costs $1.99/month or $14.99/year and gets their own login with full Pro access to your shared shopping lists and meal plans.
What happens when my free trial ends?
If you choose to continue, your selected plan (monthly or yearly) begins automatically and your payment method is charged. You'll enjoy uninterrupted access to all Pro features. If you cancelled during the trial, nothing happens and you simply move to the Free plan.
What is your refund policy?
If you're not satisfied with Peachy Pro, contact our support team at SupportTeam@peachytechnologies.com within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. For subsequent billing cycles, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
How does the 30% Pro member discount work?
